The SAE 100 R12 hose adopts a classic three-layer structure, and its reinforcing layer design is the core of its performance.
Made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant synthetic rubber (usually nitrile rubber), it has good compatibility with petroleum-based hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and water-ethylene glycol fluid, ensuring the purity of fluid transportation.
Two layers of high-strength steel wire wound layers. Compared with steel wire braided, the winding structure enables the steel wire to be spirally wound at a specific Angle in the hose, which endows the hose with excellent resistance to pulse fatigue and higher pressure resistance. The two-layer wound structure provides a powerful pressure-bearing skeleton.
Made of synthetic rubber that is wear-resistant, weather-resistant and ozone-resistant.
